These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your participation in the Synergy Ambassador Program (“Program”) operated by Synergy Dental Group (“Synergy Dental”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By joining the Program and ticking the acceptance box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Program Purpose
The Program is a partnership initiative that allows local businesses to collaborate with Synergy Dental Group by promoting Synergy Dental services and referring new patients.
By participating, you will become a Synergy Dental Brand Ambassador.
2. Eligibility
- You must be a local business or an individual acting on behalf of a business entity.
- You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Synergy Dental reserves the right to review and approve or decline any application at its discretion.
3. Brand Ambassador Role
- As a Brand Ambassador, you agree to promote Synergy Dental services in a professional and ethical manner.
- You will receive a unique referral link or QR code to track direct bookings made by clients you refer.
- You may not misrepresent Synergy Dental’s services, make false claims, or engage in unethical marketing practices.
4. Commission & Payments
- You will earn commission based on the number of direct bookings made through your unique referral link or sign-up code.
- Commission rates and payment frequency will be communicated separately and may be updated at any time with prior notice.
- Commission will only be paid for valid, completed, and verified bookings.
- Payments will be made to the account details you provide; you are responsible for ensuring these are accurate.
5. Brand & Intellectual Property Use
- You may use Synergy Dental’s approved branding materials (logos, images, and content) solely to promote the Program.
- You may not alter, misuse, or present Synergy Dental’s branding in a way that could harm its reputation.
6. Termination
- You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice.
- Synergy Dental may suspend or terminate your participation if you breach these Terms, misuse the Program, or engage in conduct harmful to our brand or business.
7. Liability
- Synergy Dental is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
- Your commission earnings depend on the successful conversion of referrals and are not guaranteed.
8. Amendments
Synergy Dental may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page, and your continued participation in the Program after updates will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
- Any personal information you provide will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for complying with data protection laws when handling customer details.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
